"I have been experiencing knee pain for about 3-4 years now as a Highschool athlete which is something that really sets back people in their daily lives and on the track. At some times I would be limping at practice or it would hurt to even get up out of a chair. Po-An Tsai really helped me clear this all and explode as an athlete through his program. I don't have knee pain holding me back like it did in the past. I truly recommend this program if you wish to relieve yourself of any type of knee pain."
